Denita Schreier is CFO of WDS Construction and JCW Development LLC in Beaver Dam, WI. WDS is a GC that specializes in commercial facilities of all types with corporate headquarters in Beaver Dam, WI and a regional office in Lewisville, TX. JCW is a national developer for medical offices, hospitality, and other commercial projects. Denita previously worked for an ENR Top 300 national contractor and had her own consulting firm. She is active in CFMA as Secretary for the Madison Chapter and as a committee member for both the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regional conferences.
